Bear vs Neon

Investigator Zachary Martin of the Mansfield PSP reports on a crash that took place on 4-27-12 at 0006 hours when Jodie Stamm, 23, of Philipsburg, PA was travelling north on SR15 in her 2003 Dodge Neon, where she struck a bear, disabling her Neon.  She was not injured; she was seatbelted.  The Neon was disabled and towed from the scene by Shawn’s Towing.  Assisting at the scene: Blossburg Fire Department.  No charges were filed.
