Theft Earns Man 24 Months of Probation
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – Travis J. Dailey, 28, of Shinglehouse, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking(M2).
Dailey, who has numerous prior arrests involving theft, was originally charged with one misdemeanor count and one felony count of Theft by Unlawful Taking.
He was also ordered to pay a fine of $500, pay monthly administrative and supervision fees of $45, and perform 25 hours of community service.
The case was prosecuted by District Attorney Andy Watson’s office. Dailey was represented by Public Defender Brent Petrosky.
