Tioga County Student Charged with Indecent Exposure
1 min readLIBERTY – State Police in Mansfield have charged a 16-year-old male student from Liberty High School with Indecent Exposure.
Police allege the boy exposed himself to a 16-year-old female victim while in class.
The incident took place on January 17, 2012. No other information was provided.
