Nationwide Search for Doctor Wanted in Connection to ECMC Shooting

Doctor, ex-weapons expert considered armed and dangerous

BUFFALO – Authorities across the country are searching for 49-year-old Dr. Timothy Jordan, who is wanted in connection to the shooting death of 33-year-old Jackie Wisniewski.

The Erie County Medical Center was on lockdown yesterday morning after Wisniewski was shot and killed in a hospital stairwell.

Police say Jordan, an ex-weapons expert for the US military, should be considered armed and dangerous.
