State Police say 20-year-old Isaac Irving was operating a 2005 Polaris Scrambler on private property when he lost control of the ATV and traveled down an embankment. Police say the ATV landed on top of Irving, who was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after midnight by Potter County Deputy Coroner Kenneth Wingo.
Assisting at the scene were Tri-Town EMS and Volunteer Fire Department, Trooper Savannah, Corporal Mckean, and Potter County Coroner Kevin Dusenbury.
We live on Fry Rd and I’ll say one thing I’m surprise there isn’t more deaths. Because they travel the road like their the only one around. We had many near misses just coming out of our driveway. And to get a cop or trooper up there forget we’re like the lost world.
