Rigas Returns to Warm Welcome

COUDERSPORT – Notable Coudersport resident John Rigas was met by a crowd offering a warm welcome this evening when returning to Coudersport.
Rigas, who is 91 years old, was released from federal custody on Monday after Manhattan Judge Kimba Wood signed an order due to his medical condition.
