BRADFORD, Pa. — Jeffery Michael Bartholomew, a 54-year-old Bradford resident, has been charged with Retail Theft, a felony of the third degree, in accordance with 18 Pa.C.S. § 3929(a)(1). The charge stems from an incident that occurred on February 2, 2026, in Bradford, McKean County.
