WELLSBORO, Pa. — Trent N. Thompson, 20, of Mills, Pa., is facing charges of marijuana possession, use of drug paraphernalia, and purchase of alcoholic beverages by a minor in Tioga County. According to court records, the incident occurred on April 12, 2026, in Lawrence Township.

Thompson has been charged with one count of Marijuana-Small Amount Personal Use, a misdemeanor, in violation of 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(31); one count of Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, in violation of 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(32); and one count of Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages by a Minor, a summary offense, in violation of 18 Pa.C.S. § 6308(a).
