WELLSBORO, Pa. — Shawn Patrick Horton, a 47-year-old man from Millerton, Pa., is facing multiple charges in the Magisterial District Court 04-3-01, including Unsworn Falsification to Authorities and Failure to Provide Accurate Registration Information.
