COUDERSPORT, Pa. — Timothy C. Hewitt, 64, of Kennedy, NY, is facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault, after an incident on July 6, 2026, in Roulette Township, Potter County. According to court records, Hewitt was arrested by Trooper Joel R. Miles of the Coudersport PSP and charged with 18 Pa.C.S. § 2702 §§ A3, aggravated assault – attempts to cause or causes bodily injury to designated individuals, a felony of the second degree.
