Youngsville man arrested after shooting at woman

YOUNGSVILLE – John Little, 32, of Youngsville, was arrested after an incident early this morning.

Little is accused of aiming a bolt-action rifle at woman and firing it towards her while she lay on the floor.

Police say Little threatened a 28 year old unidentified woman and fired the gun at her after they were involved in a physical altercation.

The woman was not hit by the bullet.

Update

Little has been charged with Attempted Homicide, Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault. Little was arrested at the home where the incident took place, and is now incarcerated in the Warren County jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
