Missing Woman Found Dead at Letchworth State Park

LETCHWORTH, NY – Joyce Van Mort, 50, of Springwater, who had been missing since August 9th, was found dead at Letchworth State Park after authorities, acting on a tip from campers, began a search for her.
Campers had noticed her vehicle in some brush at the park and contacted park officials who identified Van Mort.
Police do not suspect foul play in Van Mort’s death.
No other information as to the cause of death is available at the moment.
