Man Charged with Killing His Son
1 min readA Jamestown father has been accused of killing his two-year-old son last October.
31-year-old Agustin Morales is charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and criminal contempt in the death of his son Auston Morales.
Auston died October 17, 2009 at Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, a day after he was found unresponsive in his home.
At the time of his son’s death, Morales was already wanted on an active warrant for endangering the welfare of a child in a previous incident.
Yeah society is hell bent on getting drugs off the streets, so kids do not get their hands on them. What the hell is the issue with them not getting people off the streets who hurt kids to begin with? He had a warrant for a previous charge, why in the hell would they let him back near kids?
