Superior Court Overturns Convictions of Travis Marsh
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – Travis Marsh, 23, Coudersport, will have a new trial after the PA Superior Court overturned his convictions of manufacturing, delivering, and possession with intent to deliver drugs.
The Court ruled that the PSP Corporal in the case lacked “Reasonable Suspicion”.
