Accused double murderer Thomas Haggie was in McKean County Court Thursday to enter a plea in connection with the deaths of Megan Knopka and her unborn child on September 12, 2009. But, Judge John Pavlock refused a guilty plea from Haggie because he felt that Haggie wasn’t aware of what was happening because he hadn’t taken prescribed medication to treat psychiatric conditions. Another pretrial conference has been scheduled for December 16.
