Alexxis Rennee Green, Infant Daughter of Shane M. and Tonya Lampman Green

Alexxis Rennee Green, infant daughter of Shane M. and Tonya Lampman Green, was stillborn Saturday, September 24, 2011 in the Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, NY.

Surviving besides her parents are:  two brothers, Dominick Schrader and Dylan Green;  maternal grandparents, Penny Shaffer of Genesee, PA and Daniel Lampman of Harrison Valley, PA;  paternal grandparents, Doug Green of Wellsville and Stacy Green of Friendship, NY;  paternal great-grandmother, Jean Lates of Fillmore, NY;  aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A private memorial service will be held at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA.  The Rev. Paul M. Karges will officiate.
