Alma, NY Man Accused of Shooting Son Last Night
1 min readALLENTOWN, N.Y. – An Alma, NY man has been charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree assault after he allegedly fired a round from an antique Winchester rifle, striking his 19-year-old son in the arm.
Officials say 47-year-old Adam J. Prentice “recklessly discharged a round” from the rifle which traveled through a hallway and living room wall, before hitting his son.
State Police in New York said the son’s injuries did not appear to be life threatening. He was taken to Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville for treatment.
It is unclear at this time whether or not Prentice has been released from custody or incarcerated.
It would only take a Prentice to do something fruity like this…The girls in that family are much worse!! Trust me I have to deal with one…and its not by choice 😉
