Amish Man DUI in Buggy
1 min readCONEWANGO, NY – An Amish man is in hot water, accused of operating his buggy while intoxicated.
Police said 19-year-old Levi Hostetler, of Leon, NY, was operating his horse-drawn carriage just before 1 AM on Monday morning in the Town of Conewango, when he failed to stop for a stop sign.
Police subsequently stopped Hostetler and discovered him to be intoxicated. Police also say beer was found inside his buggy.
He will answer to the charges in court at a later date.
