1 min readAnnabel E. Crandall, 91, of 32 Scott Field Road, Bradford, passed away Saturday, January 22nd, 2011 at The Pavilion at BRMC.
Born January 20, 1920, in Bradford she was a daughter of the late Lewis B and Iva Bell (Carnahan) Holsinger.
On August 9, 1940 in Allegany NY she married Harry LeRoy Crandall who preceded her in death on December 24, 1959.
She attended schools in Bradford and graduated for Kinzua High School in 1937.
She was employed in the packaging department at Zippo Mfg. for 33 years and retired in 1983.
She was a member of Christian Missionary Alliance Church and was active in the Derrick City Fire Department Auxillary as well as the Greater Bradford Senior Activities Center.
Surviving are three daughters: Sally Ann Moore of Brandon, FL, Joanne M. Lech of Pottstown, and Shirley Lou Seger of Cherry Hill NJ, one son Harry William Crandall of Bradford, one sister, Edith Dewyer of Bradford, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was proceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Family will be receiving friends on Friday January 28th from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc .South Avenue at which time funeral and committal services will be held with Rev. Kenneth Dunkerly pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery. Memorials, if desired, may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
