  1. Wow, What is wrong here…..The last one that was charged with selling drugs, that were not even her’s but a gentleman with health problems was only on a 1000.00 bail, and only needed 100.00 to get out, because the county could not afford to put her in jail. She then got out and try to kill her self while the State police were following her to the house. When they arrived she fell out the door. The reason she was there was she was given 20 min. to get her belonging. Now did she get a dui, no. Now they had to pay for a ambulence ride to Coudy, a Hospital bill, and then she was sent to Bradford. But guess what now she is out on the streets. What is wrong with this county? The laws should be the same for everyone, not just whom they chose. See she doesnt work, so I guess they can not get much from her, so thus she gets special teatment. If it had be me, I would be sitting behind bars for along time. I bet she never makes it in front of a judge, she will be found dead before that, But I guess that is the way to clean things up. I do now this person, and her ways. What a shame. She should of been put behind bars for her own good. I have spoken my part to the police, and the DA, but of course getting nowhere. What happen to the days of looking out for people, this women could of killed someone else driving with 30 vics in her. I am not sure if the State Police are her to help anyone, It is all about them making the all mighty dollars. Please dont be afraid to speak up about this, it has to change. Remember the words to serve and protect.. Where is the protection for any of us. She broke here bail the first day, I am just so bothered by this I have to vent anytime I see this kind of thing happening. And I did not let you know that it was the same District Justice whom did this. Maybe if we all speak are minds it will help, even if it is not a election year.
