Another fire in Bradford
Update: Fireman were able to extinguish this blaze and contain the damage to an exterior wall. Damages were estimated at $1,000. The fire began after the homeowner accidentally caught insulation on fire while thawing pipes under the home with a propane torch.
Bradford City Fire Chief reports smoke in the basement at 314 Bolivar Drive.
