Argument over ATV turns Physical in Genesee

GENESEE – A 37-year-old male and a 33-year-old woman, both from Genesee, will be charged with Harassment after an incident that occurred on the Hickox Ulysses Road in Bingham Township on December 20 at 3:03 pm.
Police say the pair were arguing over possession of an ATV when the man pushed the woman. She is accused of then slapping man.
Both will face charges of Harassment and the man will face charges of Trespassing.
