As Election Nears Poll Shows Corbett’s Lead Shrinking

A recent Muhlenberg College/Morning Call poll shows Attorney General Tom Corbett’s lead shrinking as election day nears.

The poll, which surveyed 403 likely Pennsylvania voters, was conducted throughout four days leading up until Tuesday.

The poll shows Tom Corbett with 47% of likely voter support and Dan Onorato with 40%, with 14% of voters still undecided. While Corbett’s predicted voter count has not changed since October 4, Onorato has gained 3%.

The poll has a margin of error of -/+ 5%. Some political pundits also say voter turnout this year is unpredictable, and question the accuracy of these polls.

With only a couple of weeks left before voters cast their votes, it is still anyone’s game.
