Austin Man Arrested for Possession of Pot, Serving Minor
1 min readAUSTIN – An Austin man is facing several charges after he allegedly furnished alcohol to a minor, and was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
State Police charged 35-year-old Jesse J. Hooftallen with third-degree misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to minors, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an incident that happened on the morning of Monday, June 13.
A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for 11:00 am on July 26 in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom.
