Austin Man Faces Charges after Texting 11-Yr-Old Girl

MCKEAN CO. – An Austin man faces charges that he sent inappropriate text messages to an 11-year-old girl.

Twenty-five-year-old Matthew T. Pritt is accused of sending sexually explicit text messages to the girl on several occasions..

Charges of Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Dissemination of Explicit Sexual Material via an Electronic Communication and Corruption of Minors were bound over from a Preliminary Hearing in District Judge William K. Todd’s courtroom yesterday.

Court records indicate that Pritt was also charged with Corruption of Minors and Furnishing Alcohol to Minors in 2009.

He is currently free on $30,000 unsecured bail.
