State Police in Coudersport say 64-year-old Timothy Rodger Foster, of Austin, was driving Northeast on East Fork Road, when his Chevrolet S-10 struck a downed tree in the roadway.

Following impact, the truck continued to travel in a Northeast direction for approximately 125 feet, where it left the roadway and traveled up an embankment for approximately 10 feet, before rolling backwards into a ditch, say police.
Foster was reported to have been deceased upon first contact by a passerby.
