Automatic Fire Alarm at 396 Neefe Road

Update: According to the Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department, the automatic alarm that called out fire personnel was brought about by a faulty heater that created enough smoke to trip the fire alarm.

Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department engine 48-2 and tanker 48-5 responded to the scene.

Fire personnel have been dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at 396 Neefe Road, the ‘James Bartow’ residence in Allegany Township.

By 10:31 this morning, fire personnel reported a false alarm and were returning to their stations.
