Congratulations to Musette Marie and Lance Michael Mullen, of Smethport, on the birth of a baby girl in the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital on July 19.
Baby Chevelle Marie Mullen was born weighing 8 and a half pounds.
She joins a 3-year-old brother, Leo Mackenzie.
