Congratulations to Jessica (Pagano) and Kyle Lehman, of Galeton, PA, on the birth of a baby girl in the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital on August 13.
Baby Tierra Nicole Lehman was born weighing 7 pounds and 7 ounces.
She joins two brothers; 3-year-old Trey and 1-year-old Ty.
