Bachman Steals from Wal-Mart

Trooper Aaron Messner of the Mansfield PSP reports on an incident of retail theft which took place on 4-26-12 at 1907 hours at Wal-Mart in Mansfield.  Jacob Bachman, 21, of Mansfield, PA removed several items from the store without paying.  He will be charged with the summary offense Retail Theft.
