Bad Checks Passed at Citizens & Northern Bank

Trooper Aaron Messner of the Mansfield PSP reports that between 2-22-12 and 3-1-12 he took a report of bad checks.  Two suspects passed multiple checks at Citizens and Northern Bank, Tioga Branch, which came back Not Sufficient Funds.  The incident is still under investigation.
