Belmont Couple Charged with Drug Manufacture in Potter County
1 min readHOMER TWP. – Coudersport-based State Police say that a Belmont man and woman were both arrested on a mulitple drug charges in Potter County, stemming from an incident back in April of 2010.
Bernard Robert Hale, 28, and Rosa May Algira-Button, 29, both of 5433 County Road 48, Lot J, Belmont, NY, were charged with Manufacture of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Conspiracy to Manufacture a Controlled Substance.
Police say the charges come as a result of a search warrant that was executed on the man and woman’s residence at 1458 Dividing Ridge Road in Homer Township, Potter County, PA.
