Bfd Township Man Facing Over 1,000 Charges

A Bradford Township man is facing over 1,000 charges relating to the sexual assault of a female juvenile. Court records indicate that 49 year-old Donald Kinney has been charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person under 16, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Kinney, who is 6’2 and 440 pounds, allegedly forced the female juvenile into sexual intercourse for six years, starting when the girl was nine years of age. He was jailed on $250,000 bail and is being held in a state prison because of medical issues.
