Billionaire to Bankroll Campaign Aimed at Eliminating Electoral College

ROCHESTER, NY – Billionaire businessman and soon-to-be former owner of the Buffalo Sabres, Tom Golisano, is expected to announce today his intentions to join a campaign aimed at eliminating the electoral college.

Golisano is expected to make an announcement today at a press conference in Washtington, D.C., the same day that his sale of the Buffalo Sabres is to become official.

Golisano is expected to fund and fulfill a role as spokesman for the National Popular Vote campaign, although no word as to how much he will contribute has been given.
