Congratulations to Amanda L. Crust and Joshua S. Silsby, of Coudersport, on the birth of a baby boy in the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital on July 19.
Baby Samuel Even Silsby was born weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces.
He joins a sister, Angel, age 2.
