Bradford Woman Charged with Forgery, Identity Theft
1 min readBRADFORD – A Bradford woman faces multiple charges following a scheme in which she used her husband and two son’s names to defraud a financial institution.
46-year-old Deborah M. Rose, of West Corydon Street, has been charged with three counts each of Identity Theft(f3), Forgery(f2) and Receiving Stolen Property.
Rose allegedly used her husband and two son’s names to secure over $76,000 in various loans and credit card accounts.
Rose is currently free on $30,000 bail.
She faces a Preliminary Hearing in Judge Richard W. Luther’s courtroom on January 26th.
