Breaking News: Tops Fire Was Arson

BRADFORD – It has been confirmed that the fire today at Tops was intentionally set.

Tops personnel contacted the city of Bradford police to let them know they had the suspect in custody.

City police arrived on the scene shortly after the call was made.
