Brian Wahlers Announces Candidacy for Coudersport Borough Council

Brian Wahlers, a Coudersport resident since 2005, has announced his intention to run for Coudersport Borough Council Ward 2.

Wahlers, a Bloomsburg University graduate with a degree in Business Management, first moved to Coudersport with his wife, Dr. Brenda Wahlers, and their children in 2005.

Wahlers, a father of four children, is actively involved in many community activities including: Coudersport Library Board Member, Youth Soccer and T-ball Coach, St. Eulalia Catholic Church, SOAP, and Coudersport Golf Club.

Wahlers says he is a community-minded, family-orientated man, who stands for fiscal responsibility and a balanced budget.

If elected, he says he will serve with a level-head, be readily available to members of the Borough, and listen to the needs of all constituents.

Wahlers is running on the Republican ticket, and as a Democratic write-in.
