Bullet Shot into Camp South of Austin-Costello Sportsman Club

SYLVANIA TWP. – State Police say they are investigating an act of assault and reckless endangerment that occurred when an unknown person(s) shot a bullet through a seasonal residence, located approximately 300 feet south of the Austin-Costello Sportsman Club in Sylvania Township, Potter County.

Police say 50-year-old Gerald J. Bush, of Marietta, PA, reported that someone shot a bullet into his camp.

Police say a bullet hole was found in a window, which went through the residence and struck a window sill on the other side of the camp.

An investigation into the shooting continues.
