Burglary in Tioga County

Trooper William Hoppel of the Mansfield PSP reports that 0n 3-31-12 at0830 hours he investigated a burglary which occurred at Shumway Hill Road in Charleston Township, Tioga County.  Two known individuals used force to enter a secured building without permission from the owner.  This investigation continues.  The victim is the Tioga County Probation Department.
