Catt. County Man Jailed on $250k Bail After Raping Teenager

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies say 24-year-old Marshall Jacobs had sex with a 14-year-old against her will last weekend at his home. Jacobs is charged with first-degree rape and was sent to Cattaraugus County Jail on $250,000 bail.
