Children’s Dental Health Program Hits Expiration Date
1 min readFrom Potter County Today
Potter County’s “Promising Practices” program to extend dental care to children from low-income families has expired, effective June 30. Through a federal grant, the county was able to provide dental care and education to those ages 3 to 17 who are not eligible for medical assistance and do not have dental insurance, or whose families cannot pay for needed dental treatment. Those with claims or related paperwork to process should contact Potter County Human Services immediately at 1-800-800-2560.
