Connie D. Rossetti, 54, of Galeton, PA

Connie D. Rossetti, 54, of Galeton, PA, passed away Monday, January 31, 2011 at Corning Hospital, Corning, NY.

Born February 27, 1956, in Somerset, PA, she was the daughter of the late Telford Shaulis and Betty (Saylor) Shaulis of Galeton.

She graduated from Central Bucks West High School in Doylestown, PA in 1974 and received her Cosmetology Certificate from Middle Bucks VoTech.

She was married to John Rossetti, Jr., who survives.

Connie owned and operated Connie Rossetti’s Hair Company in Ulysses for many years.

She enjoyed boating, the outdoors and camping, but her passion was fishing.

Surviving, in addition to her husband and mother, are a son, John Rossetti, III, Galeton; and two nephews, Robert Bell, Jr., Hilltown, PA and Michael Bell, Warrington, PA.

Friends may call at the Pine Creek Valley United Methodist Church, Gaines, on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 10:00–11:00a.m. with a Memorial Service following at 11:00am. The Reverend David Shultz will officiate.
