Coudersport Man Arrested on Drug Charges
1 min readULYSSES – State Police in Coudersport say they will charge 31-year-old Justin R. Ruppert with violating the drug and cosmetic act.
The charges stem from an investigation on Rocky Lane in Ulysses Township, January 13.
Police say Smith will be charged with possession of a small amount of an unidentified drug and possession of paraphernalia.
he did not have any drugs on him at the time he was arrested on rocky lane in ulysses township on january 13.They never read him his right that day that just arrested him and took him to jail. The po is the one that arrested and charged him with paraphernalia and took him to the state police station and finger printed him and still didnt right him his right. So he is fighting this case because he is very upset on how it was all done and handly and he does not like the way they are putting his name out like that.So he is going for a lawsuit also.
