Coudersport Man Charged after Punching, Kicking Vehicle
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – State Police say a 24-year-old Coudersport man is facing several charges after an incident at a going-away party on Elk Street in Coudersport at 2:00 am last Saturday morning.
Police say Derek L. Stout, of East Second Street, was asked to leave the party, at which point he allegedly became enraged, repeatedly punching and kicking a vehicle belonging to 48-year-old Jan S. Miller, of Manchester, PA.
Police say they responded to the scene after a neighbor contacted them, reporting loud and unreasonable noises.
Stout, who is accused of causing damage to Miller’s vehicle, will be charged with Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.
