Coudersport Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct

COUDERSPORT – Police say 47-year-old Timothy C. Cole, of Coudersport, will be charged with summary disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance at an apartment building on North Main St. in Coudersport Boro.

Cole is accused of slamming a door to an apartment building several times and pounding on apartment doors within the building, all while shouting profanities.

Police say the incident took place just after 2 a.m. on the morning of December 10.

Cole will be cited in District Court 55-3-01.
