Coudersport Man will be Charged with DUI After Traffic Stop
1 min readPORTAGE TWP. – State Police say Roger W. Carpenter, of Coudersport, will be charged with DUI after a traffic stop was performed on Carpenter, who was traveling along Route 155 in Portage Township on November 8 at approximately 6:10 pm.
Charges of DUI and other related traffic violations will be filed in District Court 55-3-01.
An investigation continues.
