I do belive this was dispatched wrong, It was a 19 y/o fall victom OD
There were actually two back-to-back incidents.
To the best of my understanding the first was for a 3 yr. old who fell and hit his face/head on a coffee table.
The second dispatch we did not publish because of the situation (possible overdose).
