Coudersport Teen faces Underage Drinking Charge

COUDERSPORT – A Coudersport teen is facing several underage drinking-related charges in District Court 55-4-01.

Police say 18-year-old Justin Berentine, of Dividing Ridge Road, was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the bottom of his driveway along Route 872 at 1:00 am this morning, June 28.

Police say they responded to the scene after receiving a report that Berentine was under 21 and had consumed alcohol.
