County Fielding Strong Team For ‘Senior Games’

Dozens of Potter County Senior Center members are heading to Pitt-Bradford on Friday (June 11) for the annual Four-County Senior Games. They will be competing for prizes while enjoying a morning of camaraderie with other contestants from McKean, Cameron and Elk counties.
Also making the trip to help as timekeepers, aides and organizers will be several members of the Potter County Human Services staff.
After a continental breakfast and opening ceremonies, the games begin at 10. A luncheon and entertainment will follow.
Competitions will include running and walking at distances ranging from 100 meters to one mile, free-throw shooting, bean bag toss, horseshoes, darts, croquet, table tennis, wheelchair obstacle course and more.
